PEDALL New Forest Inclusive Cycling

Help improve mental health and tackle social isolation.

PEDALL New Forest Inclusive Cycling is an established wellbeing project delivering cycling sessions in the New Forest National Park on the offroad cycle path network, to those who require support to cycle and connect with nature.

The project has proven to improve physical and mental health and tackle social isolation. PEDALL has a large fleet of specialist cycles which support a diverse and wide range of additional needs. All our rides are guided by qualified ride leaders and a large team of friendly, compassionate volunteers.

Over 5,000 people (including riders with additional needs, carers, support workers, teachers, family members) rode with PEDALL in 2024 during 500+ guided rides. Pedall operates from two bases within the New Forest National Park and offers riding sessions five days week.
