Nature Wellbeing

Support Young People’s Mental Health

We are seeking a compassionate corporate partner to support the Nature Wellbeing programme in Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, a project designed to support young people at risk of mental health challenges through nature-based interventions.

Using the latest evidence, this initiative will identify areas within the National Park and the Southern Valleys fringe that have the greatest need, and provide tailored opportunities for young people to engage with the natural environment in a way that supports their emotional wellbeing.

The programme will work with schools to identify students who are most at risk of mental health issues. By introducing these young people to nature in their local environment, we aim to provide therapeutic benefits and increase emotional resilience.

Building a Lasting Legacy: We will monitor progress throughout the programme, building resources and developing relationships with school staff to ensure sustained impact and the long-term success of the initiative.
