Gateway to Trail Cycling

Invest in Health, Nature, and Community.

We’re inviting corporate partners to help bring to life a new, inclusive cycling hub at the Ashbourne Centre, the southern gateway to the iconic Tissington Trail in the Peak District National Park.

Building on over four decades of bike hire in the National Park, this next-generation hub will offer modern facilities, inclusive cycling opportunities, and community-driven programming—all centred around 14 miles of flat, traffic-free trails through some of England’s most beautiful countryside.

The new cycling hub will feature:

  • Bike hire, a service centre, and accessible trails for all abilities
  • Cycle skills sessions, guided rides, and safety training for young people and adults
  • Discounted access for educational groups and tailored support for schools
  • Volunteer opportunities that foster connection and community
  • On-site facilities including a car park, toilets, snack options, and visitor information

This is more than a cycling project—it’s a vibrant space for people to learn, connect, and thrive outdoors.
