The UK National Parks has announced Levy as a new partner, supporting the restoration of nature across the National Parks through Levy’s newly launched Living System Fund.
As part of the partnership, Levy, a leading global hospitality partner, is giving to projects that regenerate ecosystems, strengthen communities and deliver lasting social impact. In its first year, the Living System Fund will support seven projects across the UK, including Grubs Up! — a flagship initiative creating connected habitats for pollinators and other invertebrates across the North York Moors National Park and Howardian Hills National Landscape.
Developed by Levy, with RegenFutureCo, the Living System Fund commits £500,000 in 2026 to practical, “spade-in-the-ground” nature recovery. The fund focuses on restoring living systems across landscapes that are both ecologically vital and closely connected to food, farming and hospitality supply chains.
Grubs Up! is a collaborative landscape-scale project working with parish councils, landowners and community groups to restore wildflower meadows, ponds, orchards and other vital habitats for pollinators and invertebrates. Support from the Living System Fund will enable the project to expand its reach, strengthening ecological connectivity while empowering local communities to take action for nature.

Thanks to support from the Living System Fund, we’re not only connecting habitats for nature – including wildflower meadows, ponds and orchards – but also building the momentum needed to go even further. Parish councils, community groups and landowners are actively coming forward with new ideas, and this investment allows us to turn that enthusiasm into real benefits for pollinators and people alike.”

The Living System Fund was inspired by the award-winning Biohub Living Lab in North Yorkshire, a regenerative agriculture project co-sponsored by Levy since 2022. The Biohub, a ‘testbed’ project for agricultural regeneration, demonstrates how ecological restoration, food production and community learning can work together to deliver tangible environmental and social outcomes.
